Dripstone Caves

Dripstone Caves builds far below daylight. Cold blue-grey deepslate brick sits in fine pale joints, and a second course is threaded through with pale cream calcite veining. Rounded cave cobblestone comes damp and bare or crusted with pale ochre dripstone filling every gap. Plain mottled deepslate, polished near-black stone with a cold blue sheen, rust-brown iron-stained brick and pale cream calcite flecked with crystal carry the structure. Bleached driftwood boards pair with dark damp timber, an upright dripstone column banded in pale ochre and cream with blunt vertical ridges, and its cut top showing concentric rings, which is the signature of the set. A shelf of unlit iron lanterns, coiled rope and small stone samples, pale cave-silk fibre matting, a near-black basalt slab and dark teal cavern moss dotted with tiny pale mushrooms finish the set. Nothing here gives off light: the lanterns are painted unlit, no block is transparent and none behaves differently.
