Fossil Dig

Fossil Dig opens a quarry in the badlands. Dark grey shale is bedded in fine horizontal lines with small pale bone chips embedded, and a second block carries one large bone-white coiled ammonite in relief, filling nearly the whole face, which is the signature of the set. Rounded ochre sandstone cobbles come bare or with dry sand and bone chips packed into the gaps. Plain bedded shale, polished near-black shale with a cold sheen, warm ochre sandstone brick and bone-white chalk carry the structure. Pale weathered pine crate boards pair with dark creosoted timber, an upright dig post bound in broad bands of pale rope with a canvas strip, and its cut top showing pale rings inside a rope rim. A shelf of wooden specimen crates, stiff brushes, a brass hand lens and pale bone fragments, patched canvas tent cloth, a dark slate slab and dry olive scrub turf strewn with sand and bone chips finish the set. This is surface artwork only: no fossil can be dug up, nothing glows and no block behaves differently.

Import the .mcpack download into Minecraft Bedrock.
Edit your world, open Resource Packs, and activate Fossil Dig.
Place this pack above other resource packs that replace the same blocks; the higher pack takes priority.
Build with stone brick, cobblestone, brick, calcite, oak and spruce planks and logs, bookshelves, white wool, black concrete and moss to see the full set. The ammonite replaces mossy stone brick, the dig post replaces the oak log and the tent canvas replaces white wool.
Deactivate the pack in Resource Packs to restore the previous appearance.
